Position: Scrum Master Agile Coach
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Job Description
- Coach two Scrum teams to enhance Agile maturity and maintain a sustainable development pace.
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Participate in Scrum of Scrums and support Program Increment (PI) execution.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to proactively identify and resolve challenges.
- Maintain and report on Agile metrics such as burndown charts, velocity, defect trends, and completion rates.
- Support Product Owners in backlog management, user story refinement, and prioritization.
- Anticipate and remove impediments to ensure consistent delivery of value.
- Act as a change agent, promoting Agile principles and best practices across teams and the organization.
- Foster a safe and trusting team environment focused on collaboration and problem-solving.
- Influence Agile behaviors across stakeholders and leadership through direct feedback and coaching.
- Engage with individual team members to identify opportunities for Agile performance improvement and mindset enhancement.
Required Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and SAFe certification.
- Proven experience as a dedicated Scrum Master applying Agile, Scrum/SAFe, and DevSecOps practices.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to remove roadblocks effectively.
- Highly organized with experience in leading Agile ceremonies and tracking progress metrics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and facilitate collaboration.
- Effective coaching skills to guide teams toward self-organization and goal achievement.
- Passionate about Agile with experience influencing without direct authority in matrixed organizations.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.
Experience with Agile Release Trains or as a Release Train Engineer (RTE).

Pay: $109,735.29 - $120,000.00 per year
